But who am I?

My name is Linda, a mother of eight very handsome boys. Two of which I was blessed with when I married my second husband, the now love of my life. He keeps me grounded and reminds me there is more to life than Work and Food.

I did not grow up being overweight, in fact I could eat anything I wanted and never gained a pound…..

Until my first pregnancy…My Doctor told me I was eating for two, and that was all it took. Nine months later I had a new baby boy and had gained 50 pounds.

Fourteen months later my second boy was born and I was now 195 pounds.

I began reading every book out there on weight loss, I joined a gym and lost 40 bounds. I quit going to the gym when I found out I was pregnant again.

Four boys later I was up to 212 pounds.

That was it, I decided that this could not go on forever.

I had to find a new path, a new way of living that would allow me to finally loose the weight and keep it off and live a healthier happier life.

I became obsessed and read everything I could on Weight Loss and living a Healthier Lifestyle.

It wasn’t easy, I made mistakes, and worked really hard to get where I’m at today.

It wasn’t easy, but I did it, and I love it! Now I Eat Healthy, I Feel Healthy.

I Am Healthy.
